Unfortunately, 2019 has been a difficult year for our country & organization, tourism wise, but 2020 looks very promising! The fake news campaign in the United States during the summer citing mysterious passenger fatalities, which later were confirmed as deaths by natural causes by the FBI & the American Ambassador accredited in the DR, caused our first foreign passenger decrease since 9\11. Fortunately, the price of Oil\Jet Fuel around USD$ 60\barrel, has helped our customers; the airlines, exporters & the passengers. We have achieved a sustainable +5 % increase in cargo sales, a robust +12% in ticket sales, (Passenger sales), and obtained an impressive 97.8 % average for punctuality, (calculating our actual performance on contracted ground time), so far this year, in all our stations of the Dominican Republic. This can only be achieved by the true heroes of our organization, our dedicated staff and personnel. We have cutting edge technology, modern and well-organized offices, great social media marketing, but in the end, personalized efficient service is what makes the difference for our clients in the 21st century.
